2025 Village of Lake Zurich Parks and Recreation Survey
We'd Love to hear from you! The Village is reaching out to gather your feedback through a short community survey. Your voice will play a big role in helping us plan! Currently, we are looking to create a master plan to assess and provide a strategic 5-10 year framework for improvements of five parks: Zurites Park, Staples Park, Kuechmann Arboretum, Oak Ridge Park, and Old Mill Grove Park. As part of this process, the consultant team will work with staff to assess current conditions, identify needs and develop a phased schedule of improvements with the priority of focusing on sustainability. Your input will ensure that the Village takes a resident-driven approach to decision making.
What is statistically valid? A "statistically valid" survey means the survey has enough people and the right mix of responses to represent the larger group accurately. It's designed to make sure the results are close to what the whole population thinks, with only a small chance of error. This makes the survey results reliable for making decisions.
We appreciate your time and feedback. The survey will take about 10-15 minutes to complete, and each question plays a key role in helping us take a resident centered approach in our decision-making process. The Village of Lake Zurich has partnered with ETC Institute, an independent consulting firm, to administer the survey, ensuring that your responses remain confidential. Once collected and analyzed, survey results will be shared on our website.
As a way to say thank you, at the end of the survey you will have a chance to opt-in for a chance to win a $500 prepaid Visa gift card for fully completing your survey.
